This
expedition brings us into the most rugged parts of Morocco- high into
the mountain peaks, and low into the isolated valleys of the Atlas
            range.
          Starting
in Marrakech, the gateway to these traditionally independent and rebellious
regions, we journey to Azilal and Ouzoud, then to Setti Fatma and
the Ourika Valley, before embarking on a 'perilous journey' into the
Toubkal massif. Our journey rises at 4200 meters- the highest peak
in North Africa, before falling back into the comforting valley of
            Taroudant.
          Join
the explorers as they unravel the mysteries of mountain life, Berber
culture and the intricacies of a 16th century conflict between two
dynasties struggling for power in Morocco.
